ABA Gold Stevie Award: Best New Product/Service of the Year - Social Business Solution

TouchCommerce TouchSocial received the Gold Stevie Award for Best New Product/Service of the Year for TouchSocial in the Social Business Solution category. Approximately 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. TouchCommerce was named a finalist in the 2016 SIIA CODiE Awards in the "Best Customer Success Management Solution" category for its RightTouch engine. Kim Keating, Assistant VP, Digital Engagement Strategy, AT&T Operations, was named a winner in the Retail TouchPoints 2016 Retail Innovator Awards after being nominated by TouchCommerce.
